DASH Sports is a new nonprofit youth league in DFW. We're starting with flag football for ages 5 to 17. Get on the list and we'll let you know when registration opens.
No kid sits the bench. In our instructional divisions, every player gets real snaps every game, rotates positions, and learns the fundamentals. The scoreboard isn't the point — getting better and wanting to come back is.
Older kids want to compete, and we let them. Coaches play to win, starters earn their snaps, and championship trophies are real. Sportsmanship and development still come first — but on game day, we play hard.
Equal snaps required in instructional. Competitive plays to win — but every kid still gets meaningful field time.
Scholarships available. If a family wants their kid to play, we'll find a way.
Volunteer coaches trained to put development ahead of the scoreboard.
Run as a 501(c)(3) by people who live here. Every dollar goes back into the league.
Our younger divisions (6U, 8U, 10U) are instructional — focused on learning the game and equal playing time. Our older divisions (12U, 14U, 17U) are competitive — with standings, playoffs, and championship trophies. Age cutoff is September 1.
No standings. No playoffs. Equal playing time, position rotation, and coaches on the field to teach. The goal here is for kids to learn the game and want to come back next season.
Standings tracked, playoffs at the end of the season, and a championship trophy on the line. Stricter rule enforcement and full game-day intensity.
We're starting with flag football because it's the easiest way to get a kid into a team sport. No tackling, no equipment to buy, and every player on the field touches the ball.
Five players a side. Four downs to cross midfield, four more to score. Defenders pull a flag instead of tackling. Coed across all divisions.
Soccer, basketball, volleyball — we'll add sports as families ask for them. Tell us what you want to see when you sign up.
Drop your info and we'll send you an update when registration opens for Spring 2027. No spam, just league news.
Sponsorship dollars cover scholarships, equipment, field rentals, and refs. It's how we keep registration costs low for families. Three tiers below, but we're flexible — reach out if you want to talk through something custom.
Pricing for each tier is still being worked out. Once 501(c)(3) status comes through, sponsorships will be tax-deductible. Want something custom? Email us and we'll figure it out together.
No leagues run without coaches. Whether you played, coached your own kid in the backyard, or just want to give back — we'll get you trained and set up for the season.
Every coach goes through one. It's free, takes about 10 minutes online, and it's how we keep kids safe.
"Coaches make or break a kid's experience in youth sports. We'd rather have ten great volunteers than thirty who are just filling a spot."
